Windows Phone: target market: consumer or enterprise?

This article says that "It's time for Microsoft to stop trying to be cool, stop trying to appeal to the youthful masses and go squarely for the business market it already owns with Windows and Office". Cannot disagree more. The whole consumerization of IT presents a very different procurement cycle. Disregarding consumer in mobile space will be death of your business model.
